HOME MADE BIRTHDAY CAKE WITH WHIPPED CREAM
One of my long time wish is to make cake from scratch at home and this experience was a dream come true for me.I did this orange cake last week and it tasted good.Though I have made cake mix cakes many times,I am very delighted that my first experience of making this cake from scratch turned out fruitful.

KAJU KATLI/CASHEW BURFI
Kaju Kathli a tasty sweet with just three ingredients.Cashew,sugar and water.I was planning to make this for Diwali. But reading all those comments and cautions from other blogs was worried to take a risk.So wanted to try this before Diwali.Yes it came out good.So will be trying it in large quantity.

MUTTON CHUKKA/MUTTON DRY CURRY
One of my keeper recipe.If you are inviting guests sure this mutton chukka would be a hit.Though it has many steps it seems simple to me if we pressure cook mutton and the outcome is really good.
