 PAROTTA RECIPE: A wish of mine is to make parotta from scratch at home.My other wish to make Birthday Cake At Home from scratch is already satisfied.This was my first time making parotta and I'm glad that I had tried after hesitating for a very long time.This came out like Madurai Style Parotta hopefully.

Very very simple.I do not know how to name this recipe.No cutting onions, No masala, No Grinding.But still spicy.At times our taste buds searches for some hot food.This is one such recipe that will satisfy the taste buds for sure.

HOME MADE BIRTHDAY CAKE WITH WHIPPED CREAM

One of my long time wish is to make cake from scratch at home and this experience was a dream come true for me.I did this orange cake last week and it tasted good.Though I have made cake mix cakes many times,I am very delighted that my first experience of making this cake from scratch  turned out fruitful.
