PEPPER EGG

Very very simple.I do not know how to name this recipe.No cutting onions, No masala, No Grinding.But still spicy.At times our taste buds searches for some hot food.This is one such recipe that will satisfy the taste buds for sure.



Sometimes we may fail to save simple recipes like this.So saving this recipe.I like Eggs a lot-Podimas,Omlette,Egg Masala.This recipe is made with hard boiled eggs.Tastes best when served with Rasam Rice,Curd Rice.



Ingredients
Egg
2
Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp
Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Sesame oil
1 tsp



Method:
1.Hard Boil Eggs.Allow it to cool and remove the shells.
2.Cut into halves vertically or just make slits in full egg.
3.In a kadai heat sesame oil.Add Turmeric Powder, Salt, Pepper Powder.
4.Add eggs in low flame.Saute once or twice so that the spices coat the egg fully and switch off the flame.
5.Cook 'n' Enjoy


Tip:
1.Using sesame oil is optional.I felt the smell enhance the taste
