STUFFED MUSHROOM RECIPE

STUFFED MUSHROOM - I have been searching for a mild starter with no deep frying or more spices.The recipe is very rich,creamy and juicy.

Butter,Garlic,Pepper are used in the stuffing.Very delicious with high flavors.The recipe has western touch in its taste.If you like to try a different recipe without usual masalas then this is one such.Very well suited for potluck.




Ingredients
Mushrooms
500 gms
Butter
2 tbl spn
Garlic
10 flakes
Lemon juice
2 tsp
Coriander Leaves
2 to 3 tsp
Pepper powder
1 tsp
Salt
To taste



Method:
1.Preheat oven to 425 F.Bring butter to room temperature.
2.Chop garlic into very very fine pieces.
3.Finely chop coriander leaves.
4.Mix butter,garlic,coriander leaves,pepper powder,salt and lime juice.
5.Clean mushrooms and remove the stems.do not discard the stems you can use them also if you prefer.
6.Stuff the mushroom caps with the butter - garlic mixture.
7.Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in a baking tray along with stems.You can place some stuffings on the stems.
8.Bake the mushrooms in the oven for 20 to 25 mins.
9.Mushrooms and the stems get cooked in butter and turns juicy.
10.Transfer to serving bowl.Tastes great when served hot/warm..

Tip:
1.Medium sized mushrooms are better for stuffing.
2.Chopping Garlic into very fine pieces makes it melt in mouth.Some may not like the taste of garlic if the pieces are big.
