MILAGU SEVAI / PEPPER SEVAI

My mother prepares pepper rice when we have severe cold. This is a modified version of pepper rice.
We add more garlic and freshly ground pepper to this recipe.

This recipe is full of healthy ingredients like garlic, pepper, turmeric powder. If you feel its too hot to eat ,you can add coconut gratings. It is good to use freshly ground pepper powder rather than using readymade powder.
