One more side dish for Chapathi. You can cook this recipe quickly provided you have Coconut , Soya Chunks and Green Chilli. This curry will be white in colour. Tastes yummy

Method:
1. Soak Soya chunks in water for 10 mins.
2. Cut Onion lengthwise.
3. Grind Coconut, Green Chilli and Fennel Seeds together into a fine paste.
4. In a pan add oil. Temper Mustard seeds,Cloves, Cinnamon,Onion.
5. When the onion is translucent, add Ginger Garlic Paste and then add the ground coconut paste.
6. Rinse the soya chunks,sueeze out excess water and cut into pieces.
7. Add the soya chunks to the curry mix well.
8. Add 1 cup water,salt and close with lid.
9. Switch of the stove when the soya is cooked completely. Serve with Chapathi.
