Yeast Salt Sugar Warm water Oil Pizza sauce Tomato Onion Red chilli Garlic Tomato ketchup Pepper Lemon juice Sugar Oregano Salt Oil Topping Chicken cubes Chilli powder Onion Yellow pepper Orange pepper Mozzarella cheese Cheddar cheese Oil Salt |

Method:
Pizza dough preparation
1. Mix yeast and sugar in warm water.
2. Let the yeast activate. Add the yeast mixture to the flour, salt, oil and knead to make a soft dough.
3. Knead the dough very well for nearly 15 minutes till it turns soft.
4. Place it in a greased bowl apply oil over and close with a wet cloth.
5. Let the dough rise for 2 hrs or until doubled in its size
Chicken topping:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add chicken mixed with Chilli powder and salt.
3. Sauté till chicken cooks well.
4. Transfer it to a bowl.
Pizza sauce
1. Boil water in a cup with onion, tomato and red Chilli.
2. Peal skin off tomato.
3. Grind tomato with onion and red Chilli into fine paste.
4. Heat oil in a pan.
5. Sauté finely chopped garlic.
6 Add the paste and sauté very well.
7. Add a tsp of ketchup, lemon juice, and pepper powder
8.Add oregano and sauté until oil floats on top.
Pizza preparation
1. Pre heat oven to 450 F
2. Invert a roasting pan. Place a parchment paper on inverted roasting pan.
3. Sprinkle some corn flour over the parchment paper.
4.Spread the raised pizza dough using a rolling pin.Turn in the ends
5. Poke the rolled dough using fork to stop it rising in oven
6. Brush the rolled dough with oil and place the roasting pan in the oven for 7 mins not longer than that( if you need crispy crust you can keep it longer).
7. Take the roasting pan out.
8. Spread the pizza sauce.
9. Top it first with cheeses,chicken cubes, onion, peppers.
10. Place it in oven for 15 to 20 mins or until base is cooked well and cheese is bubbly.
11. Enjoy!
