POTATO CURRY

Potato Curry- one of my favourites. This recipe goes well with Chapatti, Variety rice like coconut milk rice and malli rice. This recipe tastes best when cooked by my aunt. Some days I used to pack
lunch from my aunt. When she packs this for lunch I will start waiting for lunch right from the morning, :-p . Though not 100 % as tasty as hers I have managed to get closer to at least 90 %.
