One more variety rice. If you have coconut this recipe is ready to prepare. We do not add much spices to this recipe.A great combination for this recipe is potato curry.
This recipe can be prepared with ordinary rice. It is similar to that of Malli Rice.

Method:
1. Wash and soak the rice in water.
2.Cut onion and green chilli lengthwise. Extract 1 cup of coconut milk.
3.Heat pressure cooker and add Ghee and oil.
4.When oil is hot enough add cashew nuts, Cloves, Cinnamon, Green chillies and ginger garlic paste and sauté well.
5.To this add the cut onions and fry it turns translucent.
6.Drain water from rice. Add this and sauté so that the fried items get mixed well.
7.When the rice is slightly hot to touch add coconut milk along with enough water.
8.Finally add salt to taste. Close the lid and allow the rice to get cooked.
9.Once the pressure is down shift it to a wide bowl and mix well.
